Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all our members and maintain our high standards of service, the following policy applies to all class bookings: 1. Booking & Payment All classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system. For pay-per-class sessions, payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Late Bookings (Up to 1 Hour in Advance) We welcome last-minute training! You can book into any class with open spots up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time through our app or website. Please note that once a late booking is made within this 4-hour window, it is immediately subject to our late cancellation and no-show policies outlined below. 3. Standard Cancellation (Free) You may cancel or reschedule your class free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. 4. Late Cancellation (50% Fee) Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For members with class packs: Half a credit will be deducted, or a fee equivalent to 50% of the single session rate will be charged. 5. No-Show (100% Fee) If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior notice, the full session fee (100%) will be charged, or one full credit will be deducted from your account. 6. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made directly through our website or mobile app. In the event of technical difficulties, please contact our Studio Operations Coordinator via +352 661 773 189 immediately. We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have an unforeseen circumstance.
